Trainvent provides the Stimmapp service. This page explains the general privacy rules for the app and links to the specific notice for crash diagnostics.
When you use Stimmapp, we process personal data only as needed to provide and improve the service, secure accounts, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations.
Stimmapp does not show advertising, does not use advertising networks, and does not process personal data for personalized ads or ad measurement.
This can include account details you provide directly, technical data needed to operate the app, and information generated while you use app features. Some processing is handled by third-party providers such as Google Play Services and Firebase products.

Stimmapp may use third-party services that process data on our behalf or as independent providers in connection with core app functionality. These services are not used to serve ads in Stimmapp.
We may work with service providers to host infrastructure, authenticate users, store content, deliver support, detect abuse, and measure app stability. They may access personal data only as needed to provide those services.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
The app or website may link to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
We may update this page from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page together with an updated effective date.
